FlightClaim24 helps air passengers claim the compensation they are owed under EU Regulation 261/2004, at a fixed price and without commission. The airline pays the money directly to you.
FlightClaim24 is run by Sérgio Fonseca from Regensburg, Germany. I started the service because claim portals keep up to half of the compensation, although many passengers only need a clear, legally sound claim letter to get paid.
You enter your flight details, and we check free of charge whether you are entitled to compensation and how much. If you are, we prepare a ready-to-send claim letter for your flight, with the correct legal basis, the exact amount and a deadline. You send it to the airline yourself, and the airline pays you directly.
FlightClaim24 is not a law firm and not a claim agency. We do not take over your claim, we do not go to court for you and we never receive money from the airline. If the airline refuses, you can turn to the free arbitration bodies; our guides explain how.
One fixed price per letter: €39 for compensation of €250, €60 for €400 and €90 for €600, and half of that if the compensation is reduced by half. One letter covers all passengers on the booking. You see the price before you order.
Our guides are based on the text of Regulation (EC) No 261/2004, judgments of the Court of Justice of the European Union and of national courts, the guidelines of the European Commission and the official pages of airlines and arbitration bodies. Each guide shows the date on which we last checked it. Flight data comes from a commercial flight data provider.
