Last updated: [DATE]. Working draft — have it checked by a lawyer once your business registration is finalised, before relying on it in production.
FlightClaim24 provides an automated tool that estimates whether you may be entitled to compensation under EU Regulation 261/2004, and, if you choose to pay for it, generates an AI-drafted claim letter addressed to the airline.
FlightClaim24 is an informational and document-generation tool, not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. The eligibility estimate and letter are generated automatically based on the information you provide and general EU261 rules; they may not be 100% accurate in every case (for example, "extraordinary circumstances" disputes can be genuinely unclear). If you want certainty, or if the airline disputes your claim, consult a qualified lawyer.
We do not guarantee that the airline will accept your claim or pay compensation. Airlines may refuse claims, including ones that appear valid, and you may need to escalate to a National Enforcement Body or take further action yourself.
We charge a fixed one-time fee, shown to you before payment, based on your flight's distance. Payment is required before we generate and deliver the letter. Because the letter is a digital product delivered immediately after payment, by completing payment you agree that delivery begins right away and you acknowledge that this means you lose the right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to digital content under EU consumer law, once the letter has been generated.
If a technical failure on our side prevents the letter from being generated after payment, you are entitled to a full refund. Once the letter has been successfully generated and delivered, the fee is non-refundable, since the service has been fully performed.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the flight and personal details you provide. We are not liable for consequences arising from incorrect information you submitted.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fee you paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including a rejected or unsuccessful claim.
